Clay Smith is the President of eVolve MEP. Clay comes to eVolve with over 25 years of leadership and executive management experience primarily focused on construction and technology. His background includes start-up ventures to multi-billion dollar organizations. Clay is passionate about the industry disrupting power that results from the combination of accurately deployed innovation and fully aligned teams. His passion comes from the leadership lessons he’s learned as an executive, entrepreneur, helicopter pilot, cadet, and officer in the 101st Airborne Division. Clay is a graduate of West Point and proud Army football letterman.
Jim Mitchell is the Vice President of Sales for eVolve MEP. Before joining eVolve Jim has been a Sales and Marketing Leader in a number of successful SaaS companies. He has been involved with exits close to $1B including one IPO and several exits over $100M. He enjoys utilizing a variety of Digital Marketing Platforms and the leverage they bring to Sales and Marketing teams. He has an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Brett Stacks manages the fabrication consulting and support team with over twenty years of experience in the MEP industry. He got his start working as a mechanical contractor for an Austin, TX based company which eventually led to management roles at TSI, QuickPen, Trimble and Autodesk. That experience has provided him with a deep knowledge & understanding of the technologies used throughout the MEP construction process. He remains passionate about improving the technologies and processes behind BIM, using his role at eVolve to continue his involvement with the strategy and development of the technologies and services offered to the MEP industry.
Adam Heon has spent over 15 years in the electrical industry before joining eVolve where his focus is the execution of software development and services for our electrical contracting customers.
He started his experience in field as an electrical apprentice and continued his education earning a BS in Construction Management. He spent over 6 years as a project manager then transitioned to focusing on design and prefabrication where he has spent the last 10 years in the industry as a designer/detailer, VDC Manager and LEAN champion for design and fabrication departments.
David Ronson is a Senior Fabrication Specialist working with eVolve in a Product Manager capacity helping to form and direct the development of tools to extend and enhance the experience of MEP contractors using Fabrication Parts in Revit. Having worked for a contractor to implement Fabrication, David was engaged by eVolve to extend his experience and knowledge to other contractors through onsite training, implementation, technical support, and other technical services. Through regular community engagements both in person and online, David is able to keep in tune with areas of need and trends within the trades.
Jason Faulkner is the Director of Development for eVolve MEP. Jason has over 15 years of professional development experience working with construction and engineering firms. At eVolve MEP he works with product managers and the talented group of in house developers to architect the core solutions and ensure they are maintainable and flexible for years to come.
